The advent of GTA 6, the forthcoming episode in the action-adventure franchise, has been a protracted wait since the release of GTA 5 in 2013.
The unveiled trailer introduces a female protagonist, Lucia, engaged in a criminal escapade spanning bustling beaches, urban thoroughfares, and clubs, evoking a scenario reminiscent of Bonnie and Clyde alongside her accomplice.

In 2022, unauthorized hackers disseminated unreleased footage from the upcoming GTA iteration. The gaming community was rattled by the online emergence of screenshots and gameplay videos, later confirmed by the company as authentic and leaked due to a “network intrusion.”
“At a recent juncture, we experienced a network intrusion wherein an illicit third party gained unauthorized access to and extracted confidential data from our systems, encompassing early developmental footage for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto,” Rockstar Games announced at the time, posting the statement on what was then Twitter.
